He is incredibly responsive. He listened to our needs and wants and curated lists of homes pretty much exactly what we were looking for. Dropped what he was doing to show the house we ended up getting within 45 minutes of asking him. Very professional. Was honest with us about the good and bad of everything we saw and steered us away from bad decisions. Very friendly too. We had a fun time throughout the process. Coordinated all communications with the loan provider, seller, escrow, 1031 exchange company, inspectors and contractors to make the purchase experience as pleasant as possible for us the buyers. Absolutely would work with him again if the need arises!!!
