Carmichael is Sacramento’s original and most established suburb. Located just nine miles northeast of downtown, between Interstate 80 and Highway 50 it is rich with outdoor and recreational opportunities.

Carmichael began coming to life in the 1950s and continued to grow through the ‘80s, and now has a population of about 58,000.
